• Communicate with insurance networks, pharmacies and other medical professionals by email and phone

• Answer live phone calls and return patient calls left with answering service
• Respond to patient emails and inquiries in a professional manner
• Complete insurance prior authorizations in a timely matter
• Complete insurance verifications prior to patient appointments
• Perform light administrative tasks such as letter writing, form completion, faxing etc
